Want your son to try something new? Wyomissing Cub Scouts is for boys kindergarten through 5th grade who want to have fun outdoors, make friends, and learn new skills.
Join UsScouts enjoy campfires, hiking, and outdoor activities that build confidence. We camp at Hawk Mountain and French Creek, with fun challenges and activities at both locations.
Scouts build friendships through shared activities and adventures. They work together on projects and cheer each other on at events like the pinewood derby, creating bonds that often last well beyond the scout years.
Scouts take pride in building their own pinewood derby cars and model rockets. These projects teach practical skills and build confidence through hands-on creation.
Older scouts help younger ones learn new skills, like tying knots and setting up camp. Community service projects like Earth Day cleanup and leaf raking teach responsibility and teamwork.
Parents and siblings are welcomed and encouraged to join many activities. Help with pinewood derby cars, attend campfires, and make scouting a family adventure.
Our pack is rooted in Wyomissing. We participate in Memorial Day parades and local service projects, teaching scouts the value of giving back to their own neighborhood.
